Since last year was so much fun, I signed up for Janel's 30 Day Journal Challenge again this year. This time around I was already following Janel's blog, so I found out about it before it started instead of 15 days into the challenge! I was so excited to get started, on May 31st I made my notebook using a mix of paper and cardstock, all in bright summery colours. Then I went a little crazy with the washi tape on the cover:
I made this sketchbook especially for this challenge - I aim on completely filling it this month using Janel's prompts.
Anyway, here are the first six prompts:
The fifth one is definitely my favourite.
I wrote out the steps of my process for this page, you can see them in the Flickr description. If you'd like to see more photos of these pages, check out my Flickr folder. I also highly recommend checking out the Run With Scissors Flickr group, where all the participants are posting pages from their 30 Day Journal Challenge. Lastly, you can find more creative spaces here.
Anyway, here are the first six prompts:
Prompt #1: introduction
Prompt #2: goals
Prompt #3: name acrostic
Prompt #4: journaling outside
Prompt #5: "I believe"
Prompt #6: the five senses of summer
The fifth one is definitely my favourite.
